onsemi HDPlus™ NID5003NT4 is a general-purpose N-channel power switch/driver in a DPAK package, designed for demanding applications. This component features a 1:1 input-to-output ratio and delivers a maximum output current of 20A. Integrated fault protection includes fixed current limiting, over-temperature, and over-voltage safeguards, complemented by auto-restart and slew-rate controlled features. The surface-mount device operates within a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C (TJ).
