The onsemi AccuPower™ FPF2702MX is a high-side N-channel power switch designed for general-purpose applications. This 8-SOIC package device offers a 1:1 input-to-output ratio and supports a load voltage range of 2.8V to 36V with a maximum output current of 2A.
