The onsemi AccuPower™ FPF2701MPX is a high-side N-Channel power switch designed for efficient power distribution. This general-purpose switch offers a 1:1 input-to-output ratio and supports a load voltage range of 2.8V to 36V. It features robust fault protection including adjustable current limiting, over-temperature protection, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO).
