onsemi IntelliMAX™ FPF2504 is a high-side power switch with a 1:1 input-to-output ratio, designed for general-purpose applications. This N-channel MOSFET switch delivers a maximum output current of 600mA and features fixed current limiting, over-temperature protection, and under-voltage lockout (UVLO) for robust fault handling. The device includes a status flag to indicate operational conditions. With a low on-resistance of 230mOhm typical, it operates across a load voltage range of 4.5V to 20V.
