The onsemi IntelliMAX™ FPF2501 is a high-side power switch designed for general-purpose applications. This N-channel device operates with a 1:1 input-to-output ratio and delivers a maximum output current of 2A. Integrated fault protection includes adjustable current limiting, over-temperature protection, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO).
