The onsemi IntelliMAX™ FPF2124 is a P-channel power switch with a 1:1 input-to-output ratio, designed for high-side load switching applications. This general-purpose switch supports a load voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and can deliver up to 1.5A of continuous output current. It features integrated fault protection mechanisms including adjustable current limiting, over-temperature shutdown, reverse current protection, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO).
