The onsemi IntelliMAX™ FPF2116 is a P-Channel power switch designed for general-purpose applications. This SOT-23-5 packaged device offers a 200mA output current capability with a typical 125mOhm on-resistance. It features integrated fault protection including fixed current limiting, over-temperature protection, reverse current protection, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The FPF2116 also includes auto-restart functionality and a status flag for system monitoring. The device operates with a load voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V.
