The onsemi IntelliMAX™ FPF2107 is a P-channel power switch designed for general-purpose applications. This SOT-23-5 packaged device provides a 1:1 input-to-output ratio with a maximum output current of 400mA. It incorporates fixed current limiting, over-temperature, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO) fault protection. A status flag feature is included for monitoring. The FPF2107 operates with a load voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and features a low Rds On of 125mOhm typical. Its surface mount design and compact SOT-23-5 package make it suitable for space-constrained designs in consumer electronics and industrial control systems. The device operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
