The onsemi IntelliMAX™ FPF2000 is a high-side P-channel power switch designed for general-purpose applications. This SC-70-5 packaged device delivers up to 50mA output current with a typical Rds On of 700mOhm. It features integrated fault protection including fixed current limiting, over-temperature protection, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The FPF2000 includes auto-restart functionality and a status flag for monitoring. Its interface is a simple ON/OFF control.
