The onsemi HCPL2601SD is a single-channel logic output optoisolator designed for high-speed data transmission. It provides 2500Vrms isolation and boasts a Common Mode Transient Immunity (CMTI) of 5kV/µs. This device operates at data rates up to 10Mbps with a propagation delay of 75ns (maximum) for both low-to-high and high-to-low transitions. The open collector output can sink up to 50mA.
