The onsemi OPTOLOGIC™ 74OL60003S is a single-channel logic output optoisolator featuring a push-pull output stage. This component provides 5300Vrms of isolation and exhibits a common mode transient immunity (CMTI) of a minimum 5kV/µs. It supports data rates up to 15MBd with a maximum propagation delay of 100ns for both tpLH and tpHL.
