The onsemi NCV8509PDW18R2 is a dual-output, fixed linear voltage regulator designed for automotive applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified component offers a 3.3V output capable of 115mA and an 1.8V output capable of 100mA. Featuring a low quiescent current of 175 µA and over-temperature protection, it is suitable for power management in automotive electronic control units and infotainment systems.
