The onsemi NCV8184DTRK is a positive, adjustable linear voltage regulator designed for demanding automotive applications. This component provides a stable output voltage with a maximum output current of 70mA and a low quiescent current of 20µA. It features an enable pin for control and incorporates over-temperature protection. The NCV8184DTRK offers a high input voltage capability of up to 42V and a typical dropout voltage of 0.6V at 60mA.
