The onsemi NOCAP™ series NCV553SQ50T1G is a positive fixed output linear voltage regulator. This AEC-Q100 qualified component provides a stable 5V output with an 80mA maximum current capability. Featuring a low quiescent current of 1 µA and a minimal supply current of 6 µA, it is designed for power-sensitive automotive applications. The device offers over-current and over-temperature protection. With a maximum input voltage of 12V and a dropout voltage of 0.8V at 80mA, it is packaged in an SC-82AB (SOT-343) surface-mount configuration and supplied on tape and reel.
