onsemi NCV2951CDR2 is an adjustable positive linear voltage regulator designed for demanding automotive applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified component delivers up to 100mA output current with a low dropout voltage of 0.45V at 100mA. The output voltage is adjustable from 1.235V up to 30V, with a maximum input voltage of 30V.
