The onsemi NOCAP™ series NCP553SQ30T1 is a fixed 3V positive linear voltage regulator. This device delivers a stable 80mA output current with a low quiescent current of 1µA and a supply current of only 6µA maximum. It features over-current and over-temperature protection.
