The onsemi LM317MDTRK is an adjustable positive linear voltage regulator with a 500mA output capability. This device features a wide input voltage range up to 40V and an adjustable output from 1.2V to 37V. Built-in protection circuits include over current, over temperature, and short circuit protection. With a typical quiescent current of 10mA, the LM317MDTRK offers excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 80dB at 120Hz to 65dB. It is supplied in a DPAK surface-mount package, suitable for applications in consumer electronics, industrial control systems, and power management solutions. The operating temperature range is 0°C to 125°C.
