The onsemi ILC7280AR3333X is a dual output positive fixed linear voltage regulator. This device provides two independent 3.3V outputs, each capable of delivering up to 150mA. Designed for surface mount applications, it is supplied in an 8-MSOP package. Key features include an input voltage range up to 9V, a low dropout voltage of 0.18V at 150mA for each output, and an internal shutdown pin for power management. Protection circuitry includes over current, over temperature, and short circuit protection.
