onsemi CAT6221-PPTD-GT3 is a dual output positive fixed voltage linear regulator IC. It provides two independent 3V outputs, each capable of delivering up to 300mA of current. The device features an enable pin for control and exhibits excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) from 60dB at 1kHz to 45dB at 20kHz.
