onsemi MV5437 is a through-hole, radial-lead, bi-color LED with a common cathode configuration designed for discrete indication applications. This T-1 3/4 package features a diffused, round, domed top lens for broad illumination. It provides both green and red light outputs, each with a typical forward voltage of 2.1V and a forward current of 20mA. The green emission peaks at 565nm, and the red emission peaks at 635nm, delivering a luminous intensity of 6mcd for both colors at the test current. Its 100° viewing angle makes it suitable for panel indicators, status signaling, and general illumination in industrial automation, consumer electronics, and automotive systems.
