The onsemi FAN7393MX is a half-bridge gate driver IC designed for driving IGBTs and N-Channel MOSFETs. This non-inverting device features two independent drivers, each capable of delivering 2.5A peak output current (source and sink). The high-side voltage can reach up to 600V, supported by a bootstrap mechanism. Operating across a 10V to 20V supply range, the FAN7393MX exhibits typical rise and fall times of 40ns and 20ns respectively, with logic thresholds at 0.8V (VIL) and 2.5V (VIH). Housed in a 14-SOIC package (14-SOP), this surface-mount component operates reliably in temperatures from -40°C to 150°C.
