The onsemi FAN7390M is a half-bridge gate driver IC designed for driving high-voltage power transistors. This device features independent high-side and low-side outputs, each capable of sourcing and sinking 4.5A peak current, facilitating rapid switching of IGBT and N-Channel MOSFETs.
