The onsemi FAN7385MX is a high-side gate driver IC designed for driving IGBTs and N-channel MOSFETs. This non-inverting, independent dual-channel driver operates with a supply voltage range of 10V to 20V. It features a bootstrap capability up to 600V, enabling high-side operation. The FAN7385MX offers peak output currents of 350mA sourcing and 650mA sinking, with typical rise and fall times of 50ns and 30ns respectively. Its logic voltage thresholds are 1.3V for VIH and 2.5V for VIL. The device is housed in a 14-SOP (14-SOIC) surface mount package, supplied on tape and reel.
