The onsemi FAN7362MX is a single-channel, high-side gate driver IC designed for driving IGBT and N-Channel MOSFETs. This non-inverting device operates with a supply voltage range of 10V to 20V. It features a bootstrap capability enabling high-side operation up to 600V. The FAN7362MX offers peak output currents of 250mA source and 500mA sink, with typical rise and fall times of 70ns and 30ns respectively. Logic input levels are specified at 0.8V (VIL) and 2.9V (VIH). Encased in an 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm width) surface-mount package, it is supplied on tape and reel.
