The onsemi FAN7190MX-F085 is a half-bridge gate driver designed for high-side and low-side driving of N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs. This AEC-Q100 qualified component features independent channels with peak output currents of 4.5A source and 4.5A sink, enabling fast switching with typical rise and fall times of 25ns and 20ns respectively. The device operates with a supply voltage range of 10V to 22V and supports a high-side bootstrap voltage of up to 600V. Its non-inverting input logic requires a VIH of 2.5V and a VIL of 1.2V. Packaged in an 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) surface-mount configuration, the FAN7190MX-F085 is suitable for automotive applications. It is supplied on tape and reel for automated assembly processes.
