The onsemi FAN7171M is a high-side gate driver IC designed for controlling IGBT and N-channel MOSFETs. This single-channel, non-inverting driver features a robust high-side voltage capability of up to 600V. It delivers exceptional performance with peak output currents of 4A sourcing and 4A sinking, coupled with fast rise and fall times of 25ns and 15ns respectively. Operating within a supply voltage range of 10V to 20V, the FAN7171M supports logic voltage thresholds from 0.8V (VIL) to 2.5V (VIH).
