The onsemi XS™ DrMOS FDMF6821B is a high-performance half-bridge driver designed for synchronous buck converters. This DrMOS device integrates power MOSFETs and a controller into a compact 40-PQFN (6x6) package, simplifying board layout and improving thermal performance. It delivers up to 55A output current and features robust fault protection including over-temperature, shoot-through, and under-voltage lockout (UVLO). Key operational features include a bootstrap circuit for high-side gate drive and diode emulation for enhanced light-load efficiency.
