The onsemi XS™ DrMOS FDMF6704 is a monolithic half-bridge driver designed for high-efficiency synchronous buck converter applications. This DrMOS device integrates a high-side and low-side MOSFET with a driver IC in a compact 40-MLP (6x6) package.
