The onsemi XS™ DrMOS FDMF6704 is a monolithic half-bridge driver designed for high-efficiency synchronous buck converter applications. This DrMOS device integrates a high-side and low-side MOSFET with a driver IC in a compact 40-MLP (6x6) package. It offers robust performance with a continuous output current of 35A and a peak output current capability of 80A. Key features include integrated bootstrap circuitry for efficient high-side switching and comprehensive fault protection, encompassing shoot-through and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The FDMF6704 supports PWM interface and operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage, driving loads ranging from 3V to 14V.
