The onsemi FDMF3037 is a half-bridge driver designed for synchronous buck converters. This UMOS technology component, part of the PowerTrench® and SyncFET™ series, is supplied in a 31-PQFN (5x5) package on tape and reel. It offers an output configuration of a half bridge with a load voltage range of 4.5V to 24V and a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V. The device features 35A current output per channel, with typical Rds(on) of 1 Ohm for both low-side and high-side switches. Integrated fault protection includes shoot-through and UVLO, alongside features such as a bootstrap circuit and diode emulation. The interface is PWM, and it is designed for inductive load types.
