The onsemi FDMF3033 is a GaN-based half-bridge gate driver designed for high-frequency, high-efficiency synchronous buck converters. This PowerTrench® series component integrates both high-side and low-side drivers within a single 31-PQFN (5x5) package, simplifying PCB layout and reducing component count. It features a bootstrap circuit for efficient high-side drive and diode emulation for improved light-load efficiency. The FDMF3033 offers robust shoot-through protection and is rated for a load voltage range of 4.5V to 24V with a supply voltage of 4.5V to 5.5V. The low on-resistance (typ. 1 Ohm) of the integrated Power MOSFETs ensures minimal conduction losses. This device is suitable for demanding applications in computing, telecom, and industrial power supplies.
