onsemi FDW2520C is a PowerTrench® MOSFET array featuring complementary N-channel and P-channel devices within an 8-TSSOP package. This surface mount component is rated for a 20V drain-source voltage. The N-channel device offers a continuous drain current of 6A at 25°C with a low Rds(On) of 18mOhm at 6A and 4.5V Vgs. The P-channel device supports 4.4A continuous drain current.
