The onsemi FDMS7700S is a PowerTrench® series dual N-channel MOSFET array. This 30V device offers a continuous drain current of 12A and 22A at 25°C, with a low Rds(on) of 7.5mOhm at 12A, 10V. Featuring a logic level gate, its gate charge (Qg) is a maximum of 28nC at 10V, and input capacitance (Ciss) is 1750pF at 15V.
