The onsemi FDMD8430 is a PowerTrench® series MOSFET array featuring two N-channel enhancement mode transistors. This device offers a 30V drain-to-source voltage (Vdss) and supports a continuous drain current of 28A at 25°C ambient temperature and 95A at 25°C case temperature.
