onsemi PowerTrench® FDMB2308PZ is a dual P-channel MOSFET array designed for efficient power switching applications. This device features a 6-MLP (2x3) package with an exposed pad for enhanced thermal performance. The FDMB2308PZ offers a low Rds(on) of 36mOhm at 5.7A and 4.5V, along with a logic-level gate for compatibility with lower voltage control signals. Key parameters include a gate charge (Qg) of 30nC at 10V and input capacitance (Ciss) of 3030pF at 10V.
