The onsemi FDC6020C is a PowerTrench® MOSFET array featuring complementary N-channel and P-channel configurations within a 6-SSOT Flat-lead, SuperSOT™-6 FLMP package. This device offers a 20V drain-to-source voltage rating and supports continuous drain currents of 5.9A for the N-channel and 4.2A for the P-channel, both specified at 25°C.
