This onsemi CAT93C66YI-1-8-T2E is a 4Kb serial CMOS EEPROM with a memory organization of 256 words by 16 bits, or 256 words by 8 bits (selectable via ORG pin). It features a Microwire serial interface and operates with a maximum clock frequency of 1 MHz. The device supports a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V and offers data retention for a minimum of 100 years with an endurance of 1,000,000 write cycles. It also operates at 0.25MHz at 1.8V minimum. Designed for surface mounting, it is housed in an 8-lead TSSOP package (JESD30 code R-PDSO-G8) with a 0.65mm terminal pitch.
