The onsemi CAT93C56ZD4A-1-8REVE is a 128 x 16 bit serial CMOS EEPROM from the CAT93C56 series. This component offers 2048 bits of memory, organized as 128 words with a 16-bit data width, and is also configurable to 128 x 8 bits. It communicates via the Microwire serial bus, supporting synchronous operation up to a maximum clock frequency of 500 kHz. Designed for surface mounting, it features a small outline, very thin profile HVSON package with a 0.65mm terminal pitch. Operating across a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, this AEC-Q100 qualified device is suitable for automotive and industrial applications requiring reliable data storage. It operates from a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V with a typical supply current of 3mA. The write cycle time is a maximum of 10ms.
