The onsemi CAT25010LET3 is a 128K x 8 bit serial EEPROM from the CAT25010 series. This CMOS device operates over a wide supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and supports SPI serial bus communication with a maximum clock frequency of 5 MHz. Its 8-terminal PDIP package (R-PDIP-T8) features through-hole mounting with a 2.54mm terminal pitch. Designed for industrial and consumer electronics applications, it offers a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The memory organization is 131072 words by 8 bits, providing 1 Megabit of non-volatile data storage. Write cycle time is a maximum of 5 milliseconds.
