The onsemi SWITCHMODE™ NRVHP820MFDWFT1G is a dual diode array designed for high-performance applications. This component features two independent diodes, each rated for a maximum DC reverse voltage of 200V and capable of handling an average rectified current of 4A per diode. With a forward voltage drop of 1.05V at 8A, it offers efficient power handling. The 8-PowerTDFN package, specifically an 8-DFN (5x6) Dual Flag (SO8FL-Dual) configuration, facilitates surface mounting and is supplied on tape and reel for automated assembly. Engineered for demanding environments, this diode array meets AEC-Q101 qualification, making it suitable for automotive applications. Its fast recovery time of 30 ns and operating junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C ensure reliability in a variety of power management and switching circuits.
