onsemi SWITCHMODE™ MBRB3030CTT4 is a dual Schottky diode array featuring a common cathode configuration. This surface mount component, packaged in a TO-263-3, D2PAK, offers a maximum DC reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified current of 15A per diode. With a low forward voltage drop of 540mV at 15A and a reverse leakage of 600µA at 30V, this device exhibits fast recovery characteristics. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 175°C.
