onsemi MBR41H100CT, a SWITCHMODE™ series diode array, features a common cathode configuration with two Schottky diodes. This component offers a maximum DC reverse voltage of 100V and a substantial average rectified current of 20A per diode. The forward voltage drop is rated at 800mV maximum at 20A. Designed for through-hole mounting in a TO-220-3 package, it operates efficiently with a maximum junction temperature of 175°C. Reverse leakage current is a mere 10 µA at 100V. Its fast recovery speed, less than 500ns for currents greater than 200mA, makes it suitable for power supply rectification, output rectification, and reverse polarity protection in applications such as industrial power supplies, automotive electronics, and switch-mode power supplies.
