The onsemi MBR2030CTLG is a SWITCHMODE™ series Schottky diode array featuring a common cathode configuration. This device offers a maximum DC reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified current of 10A per diode. The forward voltage drop is specified at 520mV at 10A, with a reverse leakage current of 5mA at 30V. Designed for through-hole mounting in a TO-220-3 package, it operates efficiently within a junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C. Its fast recovery time, less than 500ns for currents greater than 200mA, makes it suitable for applications in power supply rectification, switching power supplies, and high-frequency inverters.
