onsemi MBR16100CTH is a SWITCHMODE™ series Schottky diode array. This component features a common cathode configuration with two diodes, each rated for a maximum DC reverse voltage (Vr) of 100 V and an average rectified forward current (Io) of 8 A per diode. The forward voltage drop (Vf) is a maximum of 740 mV at 8 A. Reverse leakage current is specified at 100 µA at 100 V. Designed for through-hole mounting, it utilizes the TO-220-3 package. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to 175°C. This diode array is suitable for applications in power supply rectification, voltage clamping, and general-purpose switching.
