onsemi LM2901NG is a general-purpose, quad comparator featuring open-collector outputs compatible with TTL logic. This component operates over a wide supply voltage range of 3V to 36V for single supply or ±1.5V to ±18V for dual supplies. Each of the four comparator elements offers a maximum input offset voltage of 7mV at 5V and a typical input bias current of 0.25µA at 5V.
