The onsemi FAN256L8X is a general-purpose, dual-element comparator featuring push-pull, rail-to-rail output stages. This device is designed for operation across a wide voltage range, supporting single supplies from 1.6V to 5.5V and dual supplies from ±0.8V to ±2.75V. It exhibits low input bias current of 10pA at 5.5V and a quiescent current not exceeding 17µA, making it suitable for power-sensitive applications. The comparator's performance is characterized by a typical hysteresis of 4mV and a propagation delay of 400ns.
