The onsemi NLVAS4599DFT2G is a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) analog switch designed for 2:1 multiplexing applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified component offers a low on-state resistance of 25 Ohms maximum and a typical charge injection of 3pC. With a -3dB bandwidth of 220MHz and fast switching times of 14ns (Ton) and 8ns (Toff), it is suitable for high-performance signal routing.
