The onsemi NLAS4717FCT1 is a dual 2:1 analog switch featuring SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) functionality. Each of the two circuits offers a low on-resistance of 3.5 Ohms maximum, with channel-to-channel matching of 100 mOhms. This device exhibits a -3dB bandwidth of 40MHz and excellent crosstalk performance of -110dB at 1MHz. Charge injection is minimized at 9pC, and leakage current (IS(off)) is a maximum of 1nA. Designed for surface mount applications, it is supplied in a 10-Microbump package. The NLAS4717FCT1 supports single supply voltages from 1.8V to 5.5V and operates within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
