The onsemi NLAS4684MR2 is a dual 2:1 analog multiplexer/demultiplexer. This SPDT switch features a low on-resistance of 800 mOhm maximum and excellent channel-to-channel matching of 60 mOhm. With a -3dB bandwidth of 9.5 MHz and a charge injection of 15 pC, it is suitable for applications requiring signal integrity. Crosstalk performance is rated at -83 dB at 100 kHz, with a low leakage current of 1 µA maximum. The device operates on a single supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and is available in a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP package.
