The onsemi NLAS2066UST3G is a dual 1:1 SPST-NO (Single Pole Single Throw - Normally Open) analog switch. Each of the two circuits offers a low 7 Ohm on-state resistance, with channel-to-channel matching of 2 Ohms. This component features a -3dB bandwidth of 186MHz and a low charge injection of 7.4pC. The leakage current (IS(off)) is a maximum of 1nA, with channel capacitance (CS(off), CD(off)) at 10pF. Designed for single supply operation, it supports voltages from 1.65V to 5.5V, and operates within an ambient temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
