The onsemi MC74HC4316AFELG is a quad, dual-supply, low-voltage CMOS analog switch. This SPST (Single Pole Single Throw) device features four independent switches, each with a low on-resistance of 90 Ohms maximum. The MC74HC4316AFELG supports a wide operating voltage range from 2V to 6V single supply or ±2V to ±6V dual supply.
